Shipping policy

Shipping costs are determined by weight and location. At checkout the shipping options and estimated costs available to your shopping cart will be shown.

If we do need to claim more or even refund an amount back to you we will email you with all the info. The postage options available normally are :

Domestic

Australia Post : eParcel Standard - Delivery times are determined by Australia Post, normally allow 5-10 working days to most locations within Australia.

Australia Post : Express Post - A faster service from Australia Post. Delivery times are determined by Australia Post, normally allow 2-5 working days to most locations within Australia.

Please note we are not permitted to some items overseas. We will notify and refund you if this is the case.

Options available are normally :

Registered International / Pack & Track - You will be sent a tracking number and link to track your parcel. Delivery times are determined by Australia Post. Delivery times vary according to destination country. Usually allow working 10 days.

Express Courier International- The fastest delivery method for parcels being sent overseas. A tracking number will be provided to your parcel. Delivery times are determined by Australia Post. Delivery times vary according to destination country.  Normally allow up to 7 working days to most locations outside Australia.

For International orders - Please remember that you are responsible for all custom duties and other charges that might occur to your parcel by your local customs authority outside of Australia.

The Australian 10% GST is removed for orders outside of Australia.

You are also responsible for making sure the parcel is delivered safely to your location, keep an eye on tracking and if able to choose 'leave in a safe place etc'. If the item is sent back to us we will only refund the cost of goods back to you not the postage.

Rapid Muscle Recovery Systems has the right to correct freight costs if the shipping cost quoted online is incorrect. We will contact the customer and update them on the correct cost, they will be given the choice to proceed or cancel.
